Provide effective training for teachers with current teaching
materials, curriculum and technology to increase student achievement and meet
the state standards on testing.

Collect data on student achievement and use that information
to improve instruction, purchase resource and provide a focus on Professional
Development and Scientifically Based Research activities.

To have teachers set individual goals for students and
revaluate periodically throughout the school year as goals are met or not met.
Report all outcomes to the superintendent.

To increase family and community involvement, provide a safe
and orderly school climate, which encourages school attendance and proper
school behavior, for all of our students living in the district.

Provide an evaluation of certified staff that will be used to
improve instruction for students and determine strength and weaknesses of the
staff member.
